Those things. Sometimes they're white. What they are is entirely bogus.

Contained in that manual were instructions on how to assemble the haversack. They were big on that. The tent pins are placed on the blanket when making the pack.

We'll ignore them. Consider this:

1) If that bag had a stock number, it would have been 74-B-xxx. It's a bag. Bags get a bag stock number.
2) The stock number for the wooden shelter tent pin is 74-P-125. It's covered by Specification JQD=86().

Entirely bogus.
