That big rectangular coffee cup looking thing. That was an auction lot at Cowan's ages ago. I took it. 1872 meat can. 1874 meat can. 1906 and 1908 cups. WW1 ersatz cup. People make stupid claims for that cup. It's WW1 ersatz. As is the enamel ware one (not pictured here). This I am not guessing at. 1800s tinned cup.

The people behind that stuff were either drunk or insane. Whenever it's either or, like that, the answer turns out to be "both." Every single time.
