Myself, I've never seen a maker's mark on any.

I took that picture ages ago. All these years later, I'd done my research and have a better idea on the who, what, and why of it all. Those pouches aren't really for the M1 rifle. I mean, they do go with it, but the M1 rifle isn't the main car in this race. The M3 tool and oiler fit in the butt stock of the M1 rifle. As can the little Lubriplate container. Does somebody really need a pouch that big for the M3 brush? The cartridge belt can hold the can of cleaner and can of oil. That brush could go in one of those pockets.

The pouch is for small arms. The M1 carbine has no place to store cleaning supplies and tools. The pistol belt, with magazine pouches, doesn't have any place for cleaner and oil. M1 carbine production dwarfed M1 rifle production. Those pouches are more appropriate for the M1 carbine.
