Pouch for Tromblon. Tromblon is apparently French for blunderbuss. Which is what the rifle grenade launcher was known as. I like to actually have some clear evidence on what stuff is, rather than other people's guesses, as the "shotgun pouch" in another topic makes clear that bad guesses exist.
