That one is dated 1941. Has pocket clip straps. This early, they still had brass for the ends.

1945 dated Hinson. Steel ends and a darker color. Still has pocket clip straps. Those were dropped in 1945. 1945 dated belts will be seen without them. None of the 1950s made belts have them.
