That one made by OMO. OMO had a nice logo and were one of the few companies that put their logo on stuff. They made bias tape and dress shields.

Nice elastic bits inside to hold the ammunition.
Those carriers get the big bucks. I wonder how the people paying the big bucks for them are going to feel when they discover it's the "Carrier, Ammunition, for Very Pistols?"
